About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategy & Operations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in business research, consulting or investment banking. This role will be a combination of working with key accounts, product management and investment/business research.We are a one of a kind domain-focussed Gen-AI platform solving a very focussed use-case around investment and business research. Expect an unique experience in working with a deep-tech start-up in an ever-evolving landscape, with a steep learning curve.

Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers through workshops, user interviews, and feedback sessions to gather insights and validate product
• Work with key accounts on their investment research and due diligence
• Drive usage across key KPIs and work on our proprietary recommendation engine
• Conduct user research and market research and analysis to identify customer pain points, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to translate customer requirements into product features and enhancements.
• Define product roadmaps and prioritize feature development based on business goals, customer feedback, and market opportunities.

Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of prior experience in business analysis or research, especially with firms like Mckinsey, BCG, Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG or Investment banking/Hedge funds/Private equity
• Strong analytical mindset, adept at turning data into actionable insights
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Location and Model:

It’s a remote position. We prefer folks who can work for a couple of months in a part-time capacity (20-25 hrs) before joining full-time. However we are flexible in terms of part-time/full-time model
