In-Brief :-
Responsible for overseeing all the operations of the store right from opening to closing and maintaining the high standards of the Organization and Brand by following the guiding principals provided by the Management.
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service by creating a good rapport with existing and potential customers.
Ensuring high standards of Store Hygiene as laid out by the Management.
Overseeing merchandisers orders and stock control.
Assign monitor and schedule tasks for staff members and also follow up on the results they generate.
Appraise,Counsel and discipline staff to maintain positive result generation.
Monitor and control shrinkage/shoplifting
Manage Cash and reporting.
Requirements
Candidates with 1-3 years of experience in the fields of retail, hospitality or other customer service related operation preferred.
Candidates that are self-motivated, have a pro-active attitude, express loyalty, honesty and integrity and a willingness to learn are a pre-requisite for the job.
Candidates who are interested in a long term job option only apply.
Basic High School educational qualifications, Graduates and familiarity with MS Office applications and smartphone apps are preferred.
On job training of the entire operations will be provided
