About ESSENWARE
Manual testing
• 5+ years of experience with software quality assurance and testing of applications.
• Strong Analytical skills with good exposure on SDLC and STLC.
• Work closely with developers, BA, stakeholders to understand requirements and create detailed use cases, test cases, test plans and identify risks.
• Create and review test plans, design new cases and maintain test suites for functional, regression, acceptance testing and to be responsible for the timely delivery of product releases.
• Execute test cases based on the test plan.
• Timely and accurately report bugs in required systems.
• Timely generate test & sign off reports with clear and complete test results.
• Experience with Agile process, JIRA, Confluence or other such bug and test tracking tools.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills. Also, experience attending scrum calls.
• Inclination to learn technical testing.
• Flexible to adopt and deliver the deliverables for ad-hoc activities.
• Having worked on Financial or Banking projects would be an added advantage.
• Experience with programming languages, i.e., C#/Java/TypeScript, etc. would be an added advantage.
• Implement automation scripts or tools to facilitate test automation, as necessary.
