Sr Power Automate Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Learn and understand new products and complex system architecture
• Strong technical background
• Manage change control
• Communication, documentation, and reporting, for environment level improvements
• Provide suggestions and changes if necessary to process solution design (PDD, SDD, TDD, etc.)
• Manage signoff for modifications to design, development, and testing of automation workflows
• Deploy solutions, flows, apps, and other system components including updates for packages, development tools, code repositories and logging tools
• Support the launch and implementation of Power Platform solutions.
• Assure the quality of the automation (QA processes)
• Understand current relevant technologies and business processes though communication / documentation.
• Work with development team to resolve issues discovered and offer solutions to challenges.
• Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions.
• Work though test scripts with technical and non-technical staff.
• Assisting citizen developers with best practices and development guidance.

Requirements:
• Hands on experience with Power Automate & Power Apps development.
• Experience updating and modifying existing Flow processes (SDLC).
• Experience with change control procedures.
• Strong understanding of security best practices.
• Strong knowledge of latest Power Platform cloud offerings and configurations
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and project management skills.
• Basic programming knowledge on HTML, JSON, JavaScript.
• Able to understand design specification documents for development projects. (Diagrams, Process Design Documents, SDD, TDD, etc.)
• Experience with one or more Database technologies (Excel, SQL, Dataverse, etc.)
• Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Able to work collaboratively, and able to work with others for timely issue resolution.

• Experience managing Power Platform Environments
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience on Jira + QTest
• Experience with GitHub
• Experience with password management and keystore platforms
• Experience with SOX compliant automations / processes
• Experience with Windows Server OS (2016+)
