Sr. HR Generalist

Maintain accurate employee information in Excel and submit to required stakeholders on time * Maintain employee attendance and payroll related information of all employees in Excel * Determine current staffing needs and forecasts * Lead employment branding initiatives including referral programs * Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs * Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience * Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events * Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans * Lead employment branding initiatives including referral programs * Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs * Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.) * Assist in employee retention and development * Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
