About the team
This role is a part of ourRemote Infrastructure Management Team.Review, analyze, develop, install, modify, maintain and/or support major subsystem software components in a large computing environment across multiple production data centers.
What you will be doing
• Meets commitments and provides excellent customer service at all times with internal and external clients.
• Provides status reports (written and/or verbal) that are detailed to tasks and difficulties encountered u2013 enables managers to initiate escalation if necessary and assess areas where changes or additional support may be warranted.
• Ensures issues resulting in customer outage is escalated appropriately through TSG management.
• Assists application groups with design development that meet current and future business requirements:
• Participates in logical design process of strategic projects and responsible for the physical design/implementation.
• Provides specific direction on infrastructure design to support applications.
• Participates as a member of development support team on projects.

What you bring:
• Hands on support knowledge on all Server Hardware and console operations major in HP and Dell.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2019/2017/2016/2014/2012
• Experience with Microsoft OS 2016/2012/2008 & 2003 Microsoft SQL Server Administration, Patching and scripting
• Scripting knowledge in PowerShell
• Hands on experience with ticketing tools and exposure on Incident and Service management
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Should have good skills in MS Office
