Work Location - Across India (Preferred: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Delhi/Noida)
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for Deployment, end-to-end execution and implementation of Splunk tools
• Should perform in-depth diagnostic of incident on any specific application and identify the root cause of problems.
• Should document resolved issues in an effective manner for knowledge management, cross-train peers with tool usage and assist in creation of best-practices, work independently on multiple assignments, proactively prioritizing focus and effort
• Should be presenting and demonstrating Application Performance Management to the prospective clients
Key Skills
• Should have good hands on knowledge of Installation, administration and implementation of the Splunk App for ITSI
Should Have Hands On
• IT service Intelligence - experience in SPLUNK for Server monitoring - Windows and Unix
• KPI creation
• Event Correlation
• Trouble shooting of ITSA
• Develop dashboards
• Integration of Splunk with APM or other tools
• Hands on experience on various market leading APM tools, remarkable involvement in Techno-Presales Activities and Solution Designing of various Enterprise IT Performance Management Products:
Good To Have Skills
• Any APM Tools experience and Certification especially Dynatrace/ AppDynamics / New Relic
• Python scripting, Dockers, Kubernetes, DevOps tools like Ansible, Jenkins, Chef, Puppet
