Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Sous Chef with JW Marriott Delhi Aerocity located in New Delhi. The Sous Chef will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, planning and executing menus, training junior chefs, and ensuring that all meals meet high quality and safety standards. Qualifications • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a professional kitchen as a Chef de Partie, with at least 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef • Proficient in a variety of cooking techniques and cuisines, and up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior chefs • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and maintain high quality standards
