Must have Skills: Hands on experience on Node.JS OR Java
What you’ll do
•Excellent grasp on Data Structures and Algorithms, JavaScript (TypeScript experience is a plus)
•Excellent grasp on express.js framework with experience of writing lean restful APIs (3rd party API integration is a plus)
•Experience with non-relational databases like MongoDB, caching mechanisms like Redis and basic authentication strategies using JWTs
•Experience on developing Distributed systems / Microservices, solutions to common problems faced during development of Microservices.
What you’ll bring
•2 years’ experience with Backend Development in NodeJS only
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer programming, computer science, or a related field
•Basic deployment experience (setting up EC2 instances, deploying releases using git and docker)
•Good handle on tools like versioning (git), API monitoring (APM) etc.
•Knowledge on Pub-Sub Frameworks (RabbitMQ/Redis) and asynchronous programming
•Knowledge on Containerization, Kubernetes, Consul and Kong API Gateway
