The project is to handle Production Incidents and Development on Billing , manage the production trouble tickets spike and for mainframe resources for day to day operations and development. Consumer Trouble Ticket monitoring and resolution and operation automation of operation area and development for the projects on the Mainframe (Cobol/DB2, CICS technology) to deliver the business programs.

Brief of the Role -

We are seeking a highly-skilled, professional to join our dynamic and growing team. In this position, one will take care of development and solving the assigned tickets in an efficient, timely manner.

Main Skill:

Mainframes,JCL,Cobol,DB2

Optional Skill:

Java

Role Responsibilities –

o Role is responsible for Development . Handling tickets within SLA's
