Cloud Ops Platform Team (aka Mars) that is responsible for
• Developing software to integrate with internal back-end systems and deployments
• Building tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve experience
• Performing root cause analysis for production errors
• Investigating and resolving technical issues on alarms and monitoring
• Developing performance regression suites and establish benchmarks, KPIs
• Developing scripts to automate various tasks
• Reporting of insights via dashboards
• Designing procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7+ years of software engineering or related experience.
