Social Media and Website Handler

Requirements:

Minimum 2-years’ experience working as social media/ digital marketing handler
Must have worked minimum 1 year in a fashion label, fashion ecommerce company, brand, fashion retail in social media domain
Must have knowledge and experience of all social media platforms – LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, FB, Tiktok
Must know – email / whatsapp marketing
Must know – Microsoft office, excel, PowerPoint, Google drive, chatGPT, Shopify backend
Bonus if you can use Photoshop, coral, or any other similar photo-editing software
Bonus if good in fashion styling and photography
Has working knowledge of social media trends such as making Instagram reels etc.
Must have a keen interest in fashion industry and ecommerce
BA, BCom, or any other suitable undergraduate degree is required.
Need to be extremely professional and have the passion to drive growth of an upcoming fashion brand.
Need to be a multi-tasker and willing to constantly learn and grow
Scope of work:

Point-of-contact (POC) for social media handling for Label Reyya

Managing Reyya’s social media handles – LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest

Creating monthly marketing calendar for all social channels

b. Creating engaging content / captions / hashtags

c. Coordinating with graphic designer for the right creatives

d. Posting reels, posts, videos, blogs, etc.

3. Responsible for

a. Improving brand visibility and enhancing brand value

Increasing customer engagement across all social media channels

Increasing following on all channels

Regular monitoring and posting on all channels

Collaborating with designing, sales and operations team for new marketing content

Ideating and planning new marketing strategies and executing them

Managing Shopify –

Updating banner images, content, product details on Shopify

Uploading customer testimonials, product reviews, celebrity/influencer posts etc.

7. Managing Customer Relationship (CRM) software -

a. Managing customer database – email, phone no, Address etc.

b. Replying to customer enquiries / suggestions / feedback via mail & what’s app

8. Email marketing

a. Creating and sending bi-monthly marketing emails to customers

b. Executing via email marketing tool such as mailchimp / sendgrid

9. WhatsApp marketing

a. Broadcasting weekly WhatsApp campaigns to customers

b. Executing via WhatsApp business tool such as Freshworks / Zoko

10. Creating promotions for festivals, public holidays, occasions and special events to drive sales

a. For example – special sales / discounts for Republic Day, Holi, Mother’s day etc.

b. Planning the event, coordinating with operations team, getting the creatives from Graphic designer and promoting everywhere via social media, email and WhatsApp.

c. Updating banners on Shopify website for the same

11. Monitoring work of SEO agency

a. Sending them product images to put in the blogs

b. Reviewing their blogs, guest articles, Quora answers, and other SEO activities

c. Planning monthly SEO activities with them

12. Affiliate Marketing

a. Manage affiliates signing up on our website

b. Onboarding affiliates and providing them marketing collaterals

c. Monitoring their progress

13. PR Activity

a. Reaching out to social media channels, emagazines, blogs for featuring Reyya

14. Preparing weekly and monthly MIS reports for management

a. Monthly social media calendar

b. Engagement report on all posts across all channels

c. Report on website analytics via Shopify, Google Analytics and Google Search Console

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
