Shift In-Charge (Packing)

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Scheduling of PPC Plan
2. Safety of machine and manpower
3. Review of production plan, align tempering & packing production accordingly, estimate production time, establish priority and schedule work for the various phases of production.
4. Execute line-wise Packing plan with available resource in an efficient way.
5. Ensure efficient work flow and quality of Packing.
6. Packing Shift in-charge is responsible for supervising all packing department activities.
7. Manpower deployment line-wise as per production schedule
8. Arrange Packaging material as per shift plan
9. Ensure Production and Breakage entry in SAP. Maintain production, rejection and rework record in each shift.
10. Ensure Desired Production output from packers.
11. Ensure completion of order as per schedule.
12. Maintain inventory of tempered wares, consumables and Spares at PACK location.
13. Identify the root cause and implement the action plan for any non-conformity in process or product.
14. Trained the Operators & Packers.
15. Maintain work area safe, clean and organized – 5S
16. Ensure proper maintenance and repair of departmental equipment.
