ServiceNow HRSD Developer

 Work with Business stakeholders, Project manager(s), engineering teams and technical

support teams to design, develop and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules.

 Work with ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM modules.

 Implement HR Onboarding using Lifecycle Event to streamline the onboarding process for new

hires of the different user bases.

 Configure Access Controls to maintain the required security.

 Develop necessary documentation as needed e.g., technical design, and developer notes.

 Manage communication and deliverables from all stakeholders for project initiatives.

 Communicate proactively with all stakeholders and decision-makers.
