Position Name – Senior/Engineering Manager
Location – Hyderabad/Remote
Experience Range – 12 - 17 years
Mandatory Requirement:
1. Strong Experience in Coding, Architecture Designing/Designing, Code Reviewing/Review
2. Experience in Distributed Systems, Big Data and Large-Scale products will be a plus.
3. Team handling and team management experience is a must

Responsibilities:
• Help build up teams and new products in the domain of the ad
• Help solve technical problems and scale up the systems
• Use your expertise in building scalable systems for digital ads ecosystem, such as targeting, serving, optimization, data pipelines, ads rendering etc
• Lead the technical design and implementation of strategic development with hands-on coding, assuring the best engineering practices
• Experiment and build ad systems that help employers find the best candidates and help job seekers find their dream jobs.
• Help scale a data infrastructure for our massive sets of data to enable millions of database lookups.
• Help scale a data pipeline for real-time processing of enormous amounts of user behavioral data.
• Have ownership over the things you build, help shape the product and technical vision, direction, and how we iterate.
• Work closely with your product and design teammates to improve some of the highest-trafficked parts of Indeed including the homepage and job search.
• Work closely with the product managers and stakeholders so that they can leverage your components.
• Run numerous experiments in a fast-paced, analytical culture so you can quickly learn and adapt your work.
• Get the satisfaction of knowing that you helped connect people to that perfect job that’s just right for them.
