What are we doing
At Flexmoney, we are building a digital credit platform that enables lenders to offer instant, digital credit to consumers at the merchant checkout thereby enabling them to buy their product of choice Our platform is already live with 22 million+ users across 5 lenders that can transact at over 1500 merchants. We are looking for smart, passionate, humble engineers with an independent mindset to join our team and help build the future of credit.
What we look for
● Passion for improving people’s lives
● Ability to quickly and effectively understand, prioritise and translate product and
business requirements into technical solutions
● Experience with technologies like AWS/Google Cloud, Relational or NoSQL Databases,
Messaging Queues, Multiple-Service architectures
● Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment
● A knack for benchmarking and optimization
● Experience working with Android and Web frameworks is a plus but not a must-have
What you will do
● Drive the project definition with product and business teams
● Own the delivery of key product and technology initiatives across design, specification,
development, testing, and launch
● Deliver high-quality software that can be easily read and leveraged by others
● Investigate, prototype and deliver innovative solutions throughout the stack
