Job Description
• Experience in data management/analysis
• Advanced excel with ability to effectively and efficiently manipulate and analyze data. Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts and presentations.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.\
• Hands on experience in Power BI
• Experience of working with HR/Payroll systems and reporting tools or ERP system knowledge
• A sound understanding of HR processes i.e. Attrition, Headcount, Resignations, International Assignments etc.
• Drive and self-motivation.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders at various levels across the organization providing solutions.
• Strong team working skills focusing on sharing best practice and supporting colleagues.
• Knowledge of data privacy laws, information security and quality principles.
Nice to have:
• Prior HR Policy knowledge.
• Good understanding of the business structure.
• Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP and other reporting tools will be added advantage.
