Senior Software Engineer

Position: Software Engineer Exp: 3 to 4 Years hands-on Technical Development Desired: Strong in .Net and Microsoft SQL technology experience with ability to perform hands-on work to architect, design, develop, and deploy applications and services to on-premises and Azure. Should be able to transform requirements into technical implementation. Ability to analyze business requirements, working closely with business analysts to drive out the details of requirements. Ability to provide inputs for making architectural decisions. Ability to produce maintainable, scalable, developer tested solutions, to contribute to and adhere to development standards and good practice. Expertise in problem solving and debugging complex systems. Patient, flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure. A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to the work. Ability to work well within a team or alone. Ability to work efficiently and accurately with minimal hands-on management. Good verbal and written English communication skills Experience in working on Agile-Scrum teams Responsibilities: - Understand high level business requirements and produce technical specifications, designs, architecture input, and ultimately code Develop accurate time-estimates for work assignments Development of production quality code and the design and development of unit tests. Participate in product requirement and design reviews Performs effective requirement analysis, impact analysis Adheres to best coding practices, code reviews and unit tests Effectively applies development methodology and enforces project standards Responsible for supporting automation test development needs Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. Communicates and enforces standard practices to enable high-quality services to the clients. Provides technical inputs for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation. Capable of recognizing system/process deficiencies and contribute to implement effective solutions Apply knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve customer service
