Senior Software Engineer

this role, you will:Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environmentsContribute to large scale planning of strategiesDesign, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deploymentsReview moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and proceduresResolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirementsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goalsLead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staffEssential QualificationsBachelors in in engineering or equivalent discipline with 6 years application development and implementation experience - Design, hands-on coding.Knowledge in Core Java, J2EE JQuery, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, design patterns.Good experience in working with servers like tomcat and WebLogic is plus.Good experience in troubleshooting and triaging Java/J2EE related issues.Experience developing solutions on a web application platformAbility to assess and solve problems, grasp concepts quickly, and design solutionsRelationship experience with business partners(SMES, stakeholders, PMs) and technology partners (data analysts, application developers, QA analysts)Desired QualificationsSome knowledge in PCF is a plus.Very good at communication, coordination.Analytical skills to solve problems, grasp concepts quickly
