Senior Officer

Job Purpose
• To provide Cash related Services to Customers and to meet turnaround times as per the Service Level Agreement & productivity standards
• Responsible for monitoring operational & customer service activities of the Cash Management Services
• Verification & monitoring of transactions of the Payments & collections
• Ensure preparation of Returns (Group and Regulatory Reporting) and submission of the same within agreed time schedules.
• Organisation of work flow to achieve maximum productivity & Regular monitoring of the performance of the team & improve efficiency.
• Monitoring, timely reporting to Manager, and taking corrective action of irregular items to facilitate early resolution.
• Comply with internal operating procedures & Control Standards & perform KCS checks. Perform KCS checks as RP. Performing Call Back for as per CMO procedure.
• Train, motivate and educate staff to meet requirements expected of them.
• To ensure speedy resolution of customer queries & complaints, in accordance with laid down procedures & Quality standards
• Compliance of all the polices and procedures issued in relation to money laundering prevention.
• Ensure strict implementation of Group Policies on KYC.
• Scanning and Releasing the OTT documents to GBS Payments within SLA in RC Plus.
• Perform Key custodian activity as per the group standards and delegation
• Conduct BCP testing for CMS Hyderabad as per BCP calendar and laid down practices.
• Prepare and upload FCS submission monthly.
• Authorised to process the transactions for the fax instructions received vide EOPS.
• Process / Release ITT's in PEGA as per the procedure covered in DOI.
• Authorised person to receive e mail of faxes received on the MFD.
• Printing of incoming faxes received through MFD over e mail.
• Distribute the faxes to the concerned officers handling the product.
• Access rights to EUC - Fax Register, Rot Exhibit, PRS Automailer.
• Taking care of reconciliation process of all transactions received through Different modes.
• Processing of All LCY/FCY payment products.

Key responsibilities
• Processing and Decision making as per the Departmental Operating Instructions Manual and within the timeliness and accuracy standards specified.
• Ensure that escalation process to Managers/Officers in case of complex queries is as per laid down procedures/guidelines.
• Continuous Improvement in productivity to the standards prescribed for the process from time to time.
• Ensure that all transactions for processing BT / DD/PO/RTG/NEFT are acted upon as per laid down procedures and service level agreement from time to time.
