The Role Responsibilities
Strategy
Responsible for governance for payments, collections and clearing products
Responsible to globally drive &lsquoDigitization and Efficiency' agenda for payments, collections and clearing
Responsible for defining operating model for Cash Management Operations
Drive transformation initiatives for SCB to be &lsquoTop-tier' bank in Cash Management
Business
Responsible for operational processes for Cash Management products viz. Payments, Collections and clearing
Responsible to track commercialization of key business initiatives and to extend operational suppport
Responsible for smooth operational implementation of new products, key client mandates
Processes
To Lead Operations stream in supporting key regulatory projects impacting payments and collection
Responsible to drive implementation of operational processes
