Senior Human Resources Manager

*THIS ROLE IS BASED IN BANGALORE FOR A LEADING HOSPITAL CHAIN***

Lead and drive the strategy and the implementation of key HR policies and processes pertaining to the entire employee lifecycle, across units and functions within the cluster and translate business requirements/ organizational goals into effective HR practices by partnering with key business leaders and help building organization capabilities.
• Proactive liaison and consultation with business stakeholders to understand the changing HR needs of the business and to suggest solutions aligned to changing priorities
• Devise a plan and standardize various current processes to ensure adherence to the defined policies and optimize the outcome of each of these processes
• Manpower planning, budgeting, defining the job responsibilities for the talent
• Drive automation of processes across the assigned units in the organization
• Utilize HR analytics for continuous process enhancements, achieve zero defects in processes, 100% utilization of manpower and timely closure of recruitment
• Drive change management initiatives across units in the cluster
• Timely completion of goal setting, analysis and review across the units.
• Talent acquisition from all pockets of the country, campus connect, recruitment drives for junior and middle level hiring
• Responsible for fitment of salary, employee welfare and benefits, employee safety, wellness and health
• Facilitate grievance handling, employee engagement, reward and recognition programs and help creating creative options for engagement and reward frameworks
• Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and other dip-stick analysis to understand the gaps and plug-in to maximize people capability
• Ensure attrition rate are within the defined target
• Vendor management for various people processes (recruitment, security, house-keeping agencies etc.)
• Relationship building through personal interactions, both internally and externally with the customers
• Contribute in brand building, internally by creating a happy employee base, externally through various initiatives and drives like campus connect etc.
• Implement CSR programs as per plan and ensure success by achieving targeted numbers
• Conduct periodic audits and reviews for HR processes and policies and establish adherence to the defined metrics.
• Partner with business and T&D function in TNI and Training Coordination, facilitate multiskilling and apprenticeship as relevant for the employees
• Ensuring required HR compliance through appropriate documentation. Assists with all audit requests (external & internal) pertaining to employee life cycle
• Timely resolution of day to day queries and HR Operations
• Administering the performance management and ensuring timely closure
• Ensure smooth conduction of Exit formalities of employees
• Participate in monthly HR committee meetings
• Monthly HR dashboard preparation, review and presentation to GM-HR
