Develop and implement strategic HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and best practice requirements
Take a lead role in recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, interviewing and selection, and onboarding
Oversee the performance management process, including coaching and counseling of staff
Ensure employee records are kept up to date and in compliance with legal and company requirements
Develop and implement training and development plans for staff
Provide guidance and support to managers and staff on a range of HR issues
Contribute to the annual budget process
Promote a positive employee relations environment and ensure compliance with labor laws
Strategically identify HR trends and recommend changes to enhance performance * Manage employee benefit plans
Monitor and analyze employee data to identify trends and recommend initiatives to improve employee engagement
Participate in special projects and assignments as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
