1. Must have handled labour laws related work, compliance, handling grievance, issues,
payroll,recruitment.
2. Set objectives for the HR team and track progress.
3. Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
4. Develop compensation and benefits plans.
5. Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process.
6. Organize learning and development programs.
7. Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner.
8. Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
