Revenue recognition as per the agreed commercials and Indian Accounting Standard.
✓ Prepare monthly MIS for revenue from different business segments and reconcile the same with
revenue as per Zoho.
✓ Daily collection reconciliation needs to be performed for different collection sources i.e., PG, Offline
Mandate, Cheques etc.
✓ Monthly Customer reconciliation and follow up with Customer for outstanding payments.
✓ Prepare monthly RM performance sheet and share with each RM for their comments.
✓ Responsible for reconciling revenue and GST liability as per Zoho & GST Return.
✓ Manual posting of all offline invoices and manual JVs.
✓ Debtor Ageing and follow-up with RM.
✓ Prepare and share the paper-nach deduction on every month.
✓ Dollar booking and settlement on daily basis.✓ ADOC Work :- Prepare Audit data/ Client escalation related to Invoice/ Invoice knocking off.
