Job Description:
• Complete ownership of accounts receivables and payables operations, across all product lines
• Tally based bookkeeping for multiple entities across India, US and UK in compliance with GAAP requirements
• Coordinating with multiple banks for daily operations, treasury management
• Monthly book closure and MIS generation
• Complete ownership of statutory audits, tax audits in coordination with multiple advisors and external agencies
• All periodic filings - TDS, GST etc.
• All regulatory compliances, license renewals, labor compliances, MCA filings with the help of external agencies
• continuous automation of processes in partnership with the tech team to allow higher scale and higher efficiency
