• Overall responsibility of driving business in HDFC Bank business for the Area/State being handled
• Driving general insurance target from Branch Banking vertical with HDFC Bank.
• Developing new products and processes for distribution of BAGIC products in HDFC Bank.
• Regular visits to bank branches across the Area/State.
• Escalation and grievances handling of Customers and Bank employees.
• Train HDFC Bank Sales Team for pushing BAGIC products.
• Mentor and monitor teams and motivate them to push hard for pushing GI.
• Coordination with internal channels of BAGIC on products, process and roll outs.
• Maintaining good relationship with HDFC Bank Heads and teams for pushing BAGIC.
