• Key Responsibilities : 1 Resource should know about HCM all modules 2 Resource should know SAP HCM payroll 3 Better if resource know SAP Payroll testing 4 Must worked on Payroll testing
• Technical Experience : 1 Strong in SAP HCM payroll control center 2 Must worked on Time PA and Payroll 3Technical and compliance documentation preparation 4 Stakeholder /client management 5 At least 2 end-to-end implementations
• Professional Attributes : 1 Good Communication skill 2 Good leadership skill
• Educational Qualification : PG/UG
