SAP Concur Invoice Implementation Manager

Manage multiple end-to-end implementations for customers simultaneously, acting in the role of SAP Concur Invoice Implementation Deployment Lead / SME, encompassing the following responsibilities:

· Manage the end-to-end deployment of the SAP Concur Invoice solution (across all modules, functionalities, integration points, and people/change management topics in scope), manage the roadmap, and report to the global steering committee

· Build trustworthy relationships to effectively communicate and work with customer/internal teams/stakeholders

· Oversee global/regional T&E policy or template development if multi-country deployment and in program scope

· Drive the requirement gathering and documentation

· Evaluate complex customer business requirements gathered by the Implementation Consultant(s), following FinTrans’ proved and consistent methodology

· Manage the development and review of functional documentation, such as P2P policies and process documentation, CDW (conceptual design), and technical integration design

· Independently drive the SAP Concur Invoice product configuration according to customer business requirements while considering functional and technical dependencies

· Gathering detailed integration-related requirements/inputs from the FinTrans team & and customer and translating customer requirements into application design (according to customer needs and the respective scope of SAP Concur implementation)

· Act hands-on in complex technical configurations of SAP Concur and conduct functional reviews of configurations completed by Implementation/Functional Consultants

· Drive and coordinate the credit card feed set-up and validation of feed connectivity

· Display strong expertise on integration points, formats, standard & and custom field mapping, and data transfer mechanisms (SAP ICS, Webservice API, and SFTP)

· Advise and consult the ITS team on key field and format level across all key integrations from and to SAP Concur – employee import, list import (for cost objects), vendor master import, GRN import, PO import, and financial posting (e.g., standard accounting extract).

· Support the setup of Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) and ICS enablement with customers in collaboration with the SAP Concur Technical Consultant

· Consult on SIT and UAT test strategy

· Work with the project team to test external interfaces and facilitate SIT

· Coordinate the execution of user acceptance testing (UAT) and SIT

· Manage UAT-related test result evaluation and bug-fixing

· Manage and coordinate testing resources, track progress, report status, and help manage issues/risks

· Manage and maintain cut-over plan (business and technical)

· Deliver on SLA and commitments under time and budget pressure, incl. updating project tracking systems and fulfilling administrative responsibilities

· After go-live, coordinate and oversee the delivery team’s configuration & and integration-related hypercar support

· Work collaboratively with internal parties to administer the customer side, meet/exceed productivity targets, achieve accuracy with projections, and foster high customer satisfaction scores to ensure value-added FinTrans services to our customers
