• Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and external trainers to develop and deliver training
• Design and adapt the standard training modules with relevance to Opera House for SEC & Consumers
• Conceptualize & execute the customer workshop calendar
• Identify opportunities and conduct impromptu in-store workshops
