Key Responsibilities:
• Assist to build and standardize business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review
• Support sales spiff programs by updating performance, reporting and communication to participants to drive success
• Recognizing, developing, and implementing process improvements within the Sales organization to enhance sales productivity
• Develop sales-related resource documents, including instruction guides, procedures and policies.
Our Ideal Candidate
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to understand the strategic direction and goals of the stakeholder and support appropriate processes to facilitate achievement of business objectives from planning through to execution.
• Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
Well-developed capabilities in problem-solving, organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
