Build and maintain a network of potential buyers and sellers through various channels, including social media, referrals, and lead generation. Assist clients in their property search by understanding their needs and preferences. Arrange and conduct property showings, providing clients with detailed information about the features and benefits of each property. Negotiate offers and contracts between buyers and developers to facilitate successful transactions. Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and real estate laws and regulations Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and building long-term relationships. Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of their investment. Maintain accurate and organised records of all sales activities and client interactions.
