Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, creating and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, analyzing data, and providing feedback to the executive team. The position is located in Jaipur.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in sales and managing sales teams
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Ability to analyze sales data and provide feedback to the executive team
• Ability to maintain and develop customer relationships
• Excellent organizational skills
• Experience in the human resources or immigration industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
