Required :
Experience : Min 2 years & Above
Locations: Lucknow,Varanasi.Ludhiana,Amritsar
CTC : Depends on Experience
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for taking prospects for site visits to residential projects and answer all relevant queries in processing and liaising with developers
Responsible for providing adherence to target achievements and cross-selling opportunities for sales team (Target housing loans / FD/cross selling)
Accountable for enhancing business from existing builders and establishing new developers for generating business.
Accoutable to generate leads and execute them with defined targets
Responsible to initiate meetings with customers
Responsible for providing after sales services and assist customers in housing Loans
Accountable to work with sales and marketing team in order to build rapport with customers and also be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills
