Sales Executive

As we continue to expand and enhance our services, we are seeking a Sales Executive to drive our growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Outreach
- Proactively reach out to 300 people daily on Instagram, Linked In, and other social media platforms.
- Craft and send cold messages to generate interest and engagement.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide detailed information about our services.
Customer Support (3 Executives)
- Provide 8 hours of online customer support during assigned shifts.
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and provide product information.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication.
Sales Conversion
- Explain how our services work and convert leads into website sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
- Proficient in using sales tools and social media platforms.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Results-oriented and able to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Availability for 24/7 online customer support in rotating shifts.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude
