Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner. Providing accurate information regarding product features, pricing and after-sales services Answering customers’ questions about specific products/services Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing Cross-sell products Generate high value sales with each and every client coming to the store. Ensure racks are fully stocked Replenish stocks once they are sold Coordinate with the Retail Sales team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times) Inform customers about discounts and special offers Provide & discuss customer feedback among the team members Stay up-to-date with new products/services Work on Monthly targets & ensure to achieve it Serve customers by helping them select products. Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge. Providing outstanding customer service. Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records. Manages financial transactions. Processes payments by totalling purchases, processing cheques, cash or other credit and debit cards. Alerts management of potential security issues.
