Regulatory Operations / FMI Ops:

In Order to meet DB's global Recovery and Resolution planning(RRP) Obligations, FMI-Operations under Regulatory Cross- Product operations, has set up a BAU process to ensure the DB group makes applicable assessments and documents appropriate contingency strategies that can be used in a stress or recovery scenario.

Key Responsibilities:
• Author and refresh Recovery and Resolution Planning(Living wills) Contingency strategies for financial markets infrastructures(FMIs) and Agent bankers.
• Analyze and interpret global regulatory guidance and enhance existing contingency strategies to meet the requirements.
• Engage with Business, operations, treasury, legal, and risk management functions to gather input on applicable contingency strategies.
• Perform quality and consistency reviews of contingency strategies.
• Maintain FMI(Financial Market Infrastructure) PCS static database.
• Perform mock drills as required by local regulators
