Research Executive - Packaging Development

To evaluate and design new shippers for shrink / aggregation packs for regulated market.
Co-ordination with cross functional teams for the development of primary and secondary packaging materials.
To take machine trials for suitability.
To handle and investigate market complaints and internal complaints related to packaging material defects.
To co-ordinate with purchase and check / approve new artwork proof and shade cards.
To monitor existing packaging process and to make it more efficient.
To co-ordinate with PPIC and update PI in SAP for all new orders for Goa Site.
To assist regulatory department to answer packaging related deficiency with the help of suppliers.
To initiate change-control and to prepare specification and batch documentation record.
