Relationship Manager

What you’ll do
- Develop, manage and monitor a portfolio of Mid Cap customers by extending appropriate commercial banking facilities.
- Responsible for connecting bankers for our own Payment Gateway, building and monitoring financial system.
- Meet or exceed the AOP business target with careful operating expense and credit risk management.
- Maintain close business relationship with customers, and acquire new relationships through key customers and strategic partners.
- Provide guidance, coaching and support for junior members in the team.

Role Proficiencies:
For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:
- Knowledge of transaction banking/ Sector Specific/ Customized Banking applications/ products and services
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms
- Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the Regional language
- Ability to manage complex client situations
- Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
