Job Purpose:
To promote products and services of the Bank, with an aim to achieve given target, by direct and indirect sales/marketing. Identify and utilize opportunities to cross-sell other products of the Bank.
Functional Responsibilities:
Overall coordination of branches under the Region, for attaining the acquisition target of the region and productivity of branch officers, thereby improving the portfolio
Responsible for sourcing high end Corporate / Institutional / Govt biz., budgeting and monitoring the budgets allocated to the Team Leads working under him so as to ensure attainment of the CASA budgets allotted.
Strategies promotional activities of products and services
Remain updated market development and trend and appraise vertical head
To control rejection ( Less than 5 %) of Account Opening Forms sourced by the team by promoting adherence to process norms
Stay updated on the recent changes in policy guidelines and educate Sales Team
Coordinate with cross functional/ other vertical business departments to facilitate business by branches
Timely intervention ensuring sales quality and sales target and repeat business
Study and analyse the service quality by visiting / interacting branches and customers and recommend remedial measures.
Minimise customer complaints.
Any other tasks assigned by the Bank
