Position Description
Reference Data Analyst in Client Account Management (CAM) within Client LifeCycle Management (CLM)

Your key responsibilities
• To perform a process executive role
• To manage work flow queue
• Perform client call back
• Handle & resolve day to issues/escalation
• Work to manage stakeholders
Your skills and experience
• Very good verbal communication skill
• Willingness to work in US shift
• To be able to handle pressure on the job
• Hands on experience on MS Office
• Prior knowledge of Loans product
Experience/Exposure
Having experience of 0.5 - 1 year
