Responsibilities: • Sourcing and identifying potential job candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events. • Directing efforts in achieving revenue targets as indicated and providing optimum service to company clients by fulfilling their hiring needs in the given time frame • Coordinating between the candidates and the clients for the ease of the hiring manager • Maintaining candidate database • Developing contacts and building relationships with clients and prospects using internal and external networks Requirements: 1. 0-3 year of experience 2. Must be self-motivated 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 4. Should be able to work with minimum supervision 5.
