1) Ensuring the Customer service is top Notch & the entire team adheres to this Rule.
2) Managing relationships and interactions with customers and potential customers,
3) Patient calling for Follow ups
4) Payment Collection.
5) Weekly Analysis and improve profitability . 6) Managing the daily operations of the Clinic.
7) Managing Teams of Housekeeping, Security & attender boys
8) Vendor Management
9) Maintenance of Attendance of team & Patients.
10) Any other Role Defined by the managemen
