Learn, maintain and enhance the interfaces (GUIs) and utilities associated with a computational engine (knowledge of which is not required), Learn, maintain and enhance the graphical and other interfaces to a computational engine (knowledge of which is NOT essential), EDA physical-design algorithms, use of EDA tools for chip design, including layout and simulation. EXP
5-10 Yrs Desired Skills and Experience k-d geometric search trees, polygon clipping, triangulation. At least one of the above areas should be well understood, Fundamental data structures and algorithms as in standard texts, C /Linux/Windows At least 5 years of production coding experience with C , including Modern C , using STL and Boost, in Linux. Windows experience with VS is a strong plus. Basics of gmake, cmake, gcc. A good working knowledge of multi-threading
