Quality Assurance Engineer

Role/ Key Responsibilities
• Design and Implement Testing Plans: Develop comprehensive testing plans for our products to ensure thorough quality control.
• Quality Control Procedures: Identify and establish procedures and scenarios for the effective quality control of both products and services.
• Defect Identification: Process product reviews and promptly identify defects and errors, communicating these findings to the development team.
• Reporting and Communication: Effectively communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the development team.
• Issue Resolution Monitoring: Monitor efforts to resolve product issues, track progress, and ensure timely resolution.
• Product Satisfaction: Ensure that the final product aligns with product requirements and meets end-user expectations.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement to enhance product efficiency and overall quality.
• Market Research: Conduct research on the current market landscape for similar products, comparing results to inform our development and quality assurance processes.
