Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end development for various product items from initial requirements through QA and monitoring.
• Load testing, Scaling & Autoscaling
• Craft clean, manageable, and production-grade code.
• Think of time-efficient implementation to make things work.
• Design and develop real-time, resilient, and high-availability systems.
• Continuously improve backend architecture to make the system robust and scalable.
• DB design and optimized querying for high-performance read/write/search.
• Contributing to internal discussions on technologies, products, and processes.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in Django
• Experience with Django / backend MVP framework
• Desire to build a product and create an impact on the daily lives of people.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong debugging skills to ensure the fastest response time.
• Zeal to learn and implement new technologies as fast as possible.
• Understand the value of rapid iteration and retrospection for engineering processes.
• Familiarity with DevOps is a big plus.
• WebSocket and real-time communication knowledge is a plus.
• 6-day working week
