Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibilities
• Manage multiple projects at a time and prioritize workload to ensure that project timelines are met
• Participate, Strive, drive Pre-Studies to Open and Facilitate project Buy-in.
• Collaborate with the Commercial, Marketing teams and Expertise & Data teams to ensure that all business specifications &

terms are in the company's best interests
• Ability to carry out typical project management tasks as well as supervise their execution by an internal or external PM
• Responsible for engagement on specific projects
• First point of escalation for end-to-end project matters
• Generate and continuously maintain reporting Status for projects, reporting to upper management as necessary
• Effectively identify, raise, and resolve project risks and issues using standard company processes and systems
• Collect all final project documentation & deliverables in accordance with company standards
• Participate for establishing Team Set-up deliverables (to improve internal processes and methods)
• Implement standard operating procedures for project management across the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications
• 4/5 years of experience with project management principles including schedule management, resource assignment and risk reporting
• Ability to distill an intricate situation down into a clear, measurable project delivery plan
• Knowledge of projects & Portfolio Management
• Excellent communication skills
• Command of project management principles, tools, and management reporting

Commercial Divisions & Global Marketing incl Operations
• Business Practice(s)
• Customer Journey, Customer Experience, Customer Support, Events, Medias, Data, AI, Sales and Services.
• Digital Capabilities & Platforms for Sales & Marketing

The ideal candidate will be experienced in customer engagement & experience, a keen understanding of the enterprise Sales

Marketing process, and a proven ability to effectively juggle competing priorities. Candidates must thrive at interfacing with a multiplicity of stakeholders to develop creative, cost-effective solutions that meet business requirements. The candidate should also have project

management experience, strong communication and organization skills, and an ability to distill an intricate situation down into a clear, measurable project delivery plan. They will also have a solid track record of effectively working across multiple functional groups and

have experience at the various stages of business case & business as usual projects. Lastly, they should demonstrate that they are self- motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision as well as supervising other project managers, a great teammate, and have a

passion for Marketing and Sales.
