Project Manager - BPO Transitions

Work Responsibilities :
Mandate 8 – 10 years of experience in managing transitions/Project management. Experience in handling bid process/ be a transition counterpart during RFP’s & bids /transition solution experience in devising plans, cost etc.
• We need experienced folks in transitions/project management, who have hands on experience in managing international projects.
• Coordinating with client to understand the requirements, HR requirements, Quality Requirements.
• Preparing the Check and sharing with the Internal stake holders and take necessary approvals in order to meet the requirements like Dialer, System Configuration, Preparing solutions
• Preparing the Batch plans and sharing with the internal stake holders to meet the client requirements.
• Tracking status of program deliverables and milestones. Support the Program Manager to monitor and maintain the program plan and program share point sites.
• Create & manage project plans • Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress • Manage risk tracking process throughout the project lifecycle • Manage, optimize and control the cost tracker for the project • Monitor and manage scope along with all documentation • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
