Project Manager

Job Responsibilities
· Work as a Single Point of Contact for the client and managing the entire account as an PM.
· Ability to understand the business and prepare senior management presentations to articulate business performance, trends, opportunities and priorities.
· Prepare project reports (weekly project update, monthly status update, highlighting risks, resource utilization, analyses trends, recommends adjustments that address these changes.)
· Work with stakeholders to build project pipeline and own project success.
· Assist our stakeholder businesses with their strategic solution requirements and services.
· Must be able identify and maximize opportunities that help in delivery of projects and to improve service and program business processes.
· Should be able to build long standing relationship with the client team and grow the business account.
· Manage effective planning of cost and margins in the projects.
· Lead resource planning of the project and plan for hiring needs accordingly, keeping a track of the skills required and the time to hire.
· Must be able to coordinate with different internal teams like Delivery, Finance, and Recruitment to ensure a seamless experience to the client
