• Responsibilities:
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Deliver projects and products using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently.
• Assist in ensuring resource availability and allocation.
• Assist in ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Ability to encourage and motivate team members to ensure the timely delivery of project deliverables.
• Ability to create and distribute weekly status reports.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process – prioritising the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Ability to coordinate on-site off-shore model.
• Flexible on working hours to coordinate with far shore team.
